Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and provide technical guidance to junior developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, as well as experience in configuring, administering, and optimizing the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement workflows, scripts, and automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Manage the process of upgrading and patching the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compatibility and functionality of all features.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into system performance and process efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation of configurations, changes, and processes.
