Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow developer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing solutions across the ServiceNow Platform and various integrations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into efficient and scalable ServiceNow configurations.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across all modules of ITSM, and various integrations.
- Create and enhance Virtual Agents using NLU models, topics, and dialog flows to automate Tier-0 and Tier-1 user interactions.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Assist (AI-powered agent assist) to enhance agent productivity and improve user experience.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and web services.
- Maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure the quality of solutions delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (Server-side, Client-side, UI Policies, Business Rules, etc.).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Performance Analytics, Flow Designer, or other advanced modules in ServiceNow.
- Understanding of machine learning or AI-driven features in ServiceNow.
- Background in IT operations and service management processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and other integrations.
- Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Background in building and deploying ServiceNow Virtual Agent and using Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Assist features and configuration.
- ServiceNow certifications preferred.
Desirable Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
