ServiceNow Enterprise Architect Lead

About the Role:

This Senior ServiceNow Platform Specialist role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable and secure ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, ITOM, and ServiceNow architecture, with experience in on-premises and cloud-based implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project goals
• Implement and configure ServiceNow features and workflows
• Provide training and support to end-users

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with at least 3 years of on-premises implementation and support experience
• Experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ServiceNow architecture design and implementation
• Familiarity with custom integrations, platform customizations, and maintenance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
