Job Title: ServiceNow developer

Location: Remote in Nevada, Texas, Michigan, Georgia

Perm: $120,000-140,000/yr

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Experience building custom applications and workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Experience with the Configuration of UI, workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet organizational needs.
• ITSM & ITOM Implementation: Configure and customize IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.
• Automation & Scripting: Utilize JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Integration Management: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and API-based connections.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability.
• User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train internal teams.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain clear documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.

This role involves configuring and customizing ITSM and ITOM modules, developing integrations, and ensuring platform performance, security, and scalability.
