ServiceNow Developer Position

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support our enterprise-level platform installations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, including discovery, reporting, service mapping, CI relationships, and asset management. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with five years of relevant experience, including three years supporting enterprise-level platform installations.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, deploy, and support all ServiceNow modules, processes, and integrations using scripting, workflows, configuration, and integration hub. Design, deploy, and manage CMDB data management tools, including Discovery and Service Mapping solutions. Create and maintain governance and support the interdependencies between ITAM, APM, and CMDB across our ServiceNow platform. Support the team and customers with day-to-day requests and demands on ServiceNow modules and processes. Lead the collection and analysis of requirements to develop technology strategies. Design, install, and maintain (upgrade/patch underlying infrastructure).
