Job Description

This is a leadership role that requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow and its various modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of ServiceNow development-focused individuals, establishing and enforcing platform development governance framework, and acting as a technical lead for the platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of ServiceNow development-focused individuals to design, develop, and refine ServiceNow functionalities.
• Establish and enforce platform development governance framework for internal and external teams.
• Act as a technical lead for the platform, collaborating closely with stakeholders to create technical requirements documentation and deliver consistent support.
• Dedicate time for continuous learning to remain updated with new ServiceNow modules and features, adapting to the company's growth trajectory.
