About the Role

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow expert, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the platform to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing ServiceNow instances, implementing enhancements, and ensuring the stability and reliability of the platform.
• Developing and implementing enhancements, updates, and upgrades to the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborating with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
• Staying up to date with the latest features and best practices for ServiceNow.
