IT ServiceNow Developer

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to provide technical solutions and custom application development within the ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering and ServiceNow's IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, configuring, and releasing new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
• Providing technical solutions that are developed on the ServiceNow platform for internal employees.
• Configuring and customizing software, including flow design, administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
• Creating integrations and process automation using APIs and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
• Maintaining Service Catalog Items and Knowledge Bases.
• Collaborating with the IT Service Management Team and other key stakeholders.
• Understanding business requirements for ServiceNow and architecting integrations with ServiceNow.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to ServiceNow application configuration and other technical issues.
