Federal Contract ServiceNow Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT operations management, configuration management database, IT asset management, virtual agent, employee portal, custom application development, integration development, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to support various IT processes.
• Develop and configure scoped applications, customize user interfaces, integrate with other systems, and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Implement and maintain IT operations management processes within ServiceNow.
• Design, implement, and manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Develop and implement IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy Virtual Agent solutions for self-service and automation.
• Develop and customize Employee Portals.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with CMDB management and best practices.
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management principles and processes.
• Experience with Virtual Agent development and deployment.
• Familiarity with Employee Portal customization and development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
