This role involves active participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You will also work with stakeholders to design, develop, and configure custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities include platform administration, maintaining and troubleshooting existing applications, and monitoring platform health to proactively resolve issues.
Job Duties
- Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Design, develop, and configure custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform platform administration activities as needed (e.g., instance upgrades, cloning, etc.).
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and modules.
- Monitor platform health and performance, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
- Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on platform functionality and best practices.
Basic Job Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- 2+ years of development experience in ServiceNow especially modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, and CSM.
- Proficient in JavaScript with demonstrable experience using ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Strong communication skills and team collaborative ability.
Advanced Job Requirement (preferred but not required)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.
- Experience developing Service Portal widgets using AngularJS.
