IT Service Management Specialist - ServiceNow

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IT service management solutions, preferably ServiceNow, and be able to design, develop, administer, and roll out solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with our project team to design, develop, test, and deploy features, enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support our IT transformation project. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, administer, and roll out solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with internal customers, Scrum Masters, Solution and Product Leads, and other developers to design, develop, test, and deploy features, enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes.
• Participate as a domain expert in customer-facing meetings to discuss Service Management processes and features.
• Document workflows, processes, and results of business analysis.
