About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for providing guidance and direction to the development team on ServiceNow best practices and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction and leadership to the development team - Identify and mitigate development risks by researching design ideas, ServiceNow best practices, and contributing to the development process - Design and update Service Portal front-end components - Collaborate with clients to shape the technical direction and provide an understanding of advantages and disadvantages of various technical approaches

Requirements:

  • US citizenship and successful passing of background check required - Bachelor's degree (8+ years of experience in lieu of formal degree) and 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience - 5+ years of JavaScript experience - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to high quality - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
