Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Technical Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing ServiceNow Native Discovery and AWS Cloud Discovery solutions.

About the Position:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing ServiceNow Discovery solutions, both native and AWS Cloud.
• The candidate will work closely with IT operations and cloud teams to ensure alignment and integration of discovery processes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage ServiceNow Native Discovery to ensure accurate discovery of IT assets and configuration items.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow AWS Cloud Discovery to integrate cloud resources into the CMDB.
• Hold a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery certification.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow Native Discovery and AWS Cloud Discovery.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery certification.
• Strong understanding of ITOM and CMDB principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
