Job Description:

As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the success of our ServiceNow implementation. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the solutioning process for an enterprise-wide ServiceNow deployment at a large Federal Agency. You will work closely with customers and technical teams to develop documentation and conceptual designs that form the foundation of ServiceNow solutions. This requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow, as well as the ability to think creatively and build strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting, clarifying, analyzing, and translating business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs
  • Developing a thorough understanding of requirements and applying industry best practices to design an optimal solution
  • Assisting the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture
  • Leading test plan development and execution, performing functional testing on each story configured
  • Decomposing business problems quickly and determining the root cause and providing solution alternatives
