ServiceNow UI/UX Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow UI/UX Developer to join our client's team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of modern, user-focused portals and applications using the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow portals using Service Portal widgets, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
• Customize ServiceNow forms, pages, and widgets to meet business requirements while following UI/UX best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into functional design prototypes.
• Maintain consistency and usability across all ServiceNow applications and portals.
• Conduct usability testing, collect feedback, and refine designs for continuous improvement.
• Incorporate third-party systems and APIs to expand portal capabilities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize portal performance to ensure smooth functionality. Required Skillset
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow development, specializing in Service Portal and UI/UX design.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
• Experience working with modern UI frameworks such as React or Vue.js is a plus.
• Ability to create and implement responsive web designs and adaptive layouts.
• Proficiency in integrating REST APIs and web services within ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow's platform, including workflows, catalog items, and custom applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
