ServiceNow Platform Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to engage in a broad range of platform administration, configuration, and development activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM and ITOM, with experience in CMDB, Asset Mgmt., and portal. They will also have expertise in ServiceNow development, including GLIDE, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts, APIs.

Beyond technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to listen to stakeholder business requirements and translate them into a working, maintainable technical solution.

The position requires a minimum of two years of experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator/developer, as well as an Active/Current ServiceNow CSA or above.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Acitve DoD Secret clearance
• B.S Computer Science or comparable, can substitute work experience in lieu of degree
• Two (2) years of experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator/developer
• Active/Current ServiceNow CSA or above
• ITSM and ITOM experience, including CMDB, and Asset Mgmt., and portal
• Experience in ServiceNow development (GLIDE, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts, APIs)
