About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Cloud IT Service Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing our ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow components, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and actions.
• Maintain and improve the ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the needs of the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure that Service level agreements are met for services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum 10+ years of broad IT experience, including project management, systems design, quality assurance, production support, and infrastructure.
• ServiceNow CIS IT Service Management Certified and ServiceNow Admin certified.
• Experience with cloud environments, such as AWS/Azure, and certification in AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript-Angular JS, XML, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, SOAP, REST.
