ServiceNow ITAM Admin with Desktop Support Experience
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide infrastructural support to end-user clients by responding to incoming service requests and incidents for PCs and laptops. Key Responsibilities:
- Support, install, and fix PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other computer assets in an organization.
- Update tickets on the IT service management tool with proper work notes.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal.
- Ensure compliance with vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and company policies.
- Develop strategies to optimize IT spending and reduce costs through asset standardization and efficient use.
- Maintain databases and records of licenses, warranties, and service agreements.
- Generate reports on asset usage, performance, and compliance.
- Assist in the procurement process by providing asset information and recommendations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure effective IT asset management.
- Provide deskside management, touch support, local IT, imaging, O365 support, and investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues. Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in ITAM and desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow_ITAM (IT Asset Management).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
