Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in the successful launch and ongoing management of our newly implemented ServiceNow platform.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fresh implementation, with a focus on building and maintaining a robust ServiceNow environment to effectively manage our backlog and enhancement requests, primarily focusing on the ITSM and CSM modules.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a comprehensive backlog tracking system within ServiceNow.
• Manage and prioritize enhancement requests for the ServiceNow platform.
• Administer and configure ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and implement business process changes.
• Implement and manage change control processes within ServiceNow.
• Perform hands-on configuration of ServiceNow, focusing on practical application rather than extensive scripting.
• Work closely with the ServiceNow Architect and platform owner to ensure system stability and optimize performance.
