About the Opportunity
- This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading financial institutions and insurance providers, driving digital transformation initiatives using ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ServiceNow FSO for financial institutions and insurance providers, streamlining workflows and improving customer experience.
- Design and configure ServiceNow workflows to optimize claims processing, underwriting, policy management, and regulatory compliance in P&C insurance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions using ServiceNow FSO capabilities.
- Integrate ServiceNow with core insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or legacy policy administration systems.
- Automate policy servicing, claims management, and underwriting processes on the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide strategic advisory services to insurance firms on leveraging ServiceNow for operational excellence.
- Deliver training sessions and change management initiatives to ensure successful ServiceNow implementations.
- Develop and deliver best practices, governance models, and continual improvement strategies for ServiceNow implementations.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation with a focus on FSO and/or Insurance industry solutions.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes, including claims management, underwriting, and policy administration.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSO module implementation (including Case Management, Client Lifecycle Operations, and Complaints Management).
- Knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow ITSM, and regulatory compliance in the financial and insurance sector.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or other core insurance platforms is a plus.
