This role involves providing advanced administration and technical support for the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities include day-to-day maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Job Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and support of the ServiceNow platform, including resolution of technical issues and escalations.
  • Development of solutions to improve platform efficiency and user experience.
  • Adherence to existing governance processes and best practices.
  • Implementation of upgrades and testing of new versions.
  • Performance monitoring and optimization of ServiceNow modules and access.
  • Recommendation of software integrations and usage to ensure platform relevance. Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a ServiceNow administrator or with similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, ITSM, CSM, Asset Management, Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Self-service Portal.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with requirements gathering, developing, and implementing information technology solutions.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification is required.
  • Expertise with technical ServiceNow components such as business rules, client scripts, UI policies, actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, reports.
  • Proficiency with SQL Query, HTML, XML, Java Script, Jelly, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular JS.
