Senior Manager of ServiceNow Implementations

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements. You will lead development teams in creating user-friendly solutions and collaborate with project and proposal teams to incorporate ServiceNow solutions into our projects.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications, architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations. They will also possess strong leadership skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet client requirements.
• Lead development teams in creating user-friendly solutions.
• Collaborate with project and proposal teams to incorporate ServiceNow solutions.
• Work closely with senior leaders and executives to foster positive client relationships.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions.
• 10+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
