ServiceNow Workflow Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Workflow Designer to join our team as a W2 consultant or Full-time and work remotely.

This individual is responsible for the end-to-end planning, building, and deploying software systems. As a ServiceNow Workflow Designer, you will implement technical solutions as part of a team for customer engagements. Requirements:

• 3-5+ years focused on implementation of ServiceNow in a financial services environment.
• Proven experience in client communication, and stakeholder requirements management.
• Strong ServiceNow platform expertise; ServiceNow CSA and other certifications, accreditations, badges.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, and optimizing workflows in ITSM and/or CSM modules on the ServiceNow platform in the Financial Services area.
• Effectively engaging with client stakeholders to identify requirements, map requirements to ServiceNow capabilities/modules.
• Identifying and prioritizing gaps, working with clients to define MVP requirements, configure, test, and deliver configurations that meet/exceed client expectations on time and within schedule. About Us
