Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Certified Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will focus on the CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB modules for the Telecom industry. Your expertise will drive best practices, governance, and data stewardship related to Product Catalog and Product Inventory.

This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation, specifically in the Telecom & Media industry processes. They must have proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, Flow Designer, and integrations.
