• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and develop comprehensive ServiceNow architectures aligned with business goals and IT strategies.
• Design, develop, and implement Service Portal including customer widgets, pages, and themes using Service Portal Framework, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Define and document technical specifications, including data models, workflows, integrations, and security protocols.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with ServiceNow implementations.
• Oversee assessments and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using various techniques (e.g., REST API, SOAP, scripting).
• Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance, resolving bottlenecks.
• Implement strategies to improve system responsiveness and scalability.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, providing expertise and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly preferred.
