Key Responsibilities

• Administer, develop, and maintain ServiceNow instances.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, modules, workflows, and best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• Lead ServiceNow-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, proper documentation, and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 10+ years' experience in the IT industry, with expertise in ServiceNow administration, development, and IT operations.
• ServiceNow certification desired.
• Experience with cloud systems (AWS, Azure) and networking technologies.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript, and Glide.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
