ServiceNow Platform Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM developer to join our dynamic team. As a technical expert, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM capabilities and contributing towards transformation of the IT Service Management platform while supporting current state.

The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-rounded and motivated ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow technical expert, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM capabilities and contributing towards transformation of the IT Service Management platform while supporting current state.

This individual needs to have a solution-driven mindset to best work through the deliverables around the needs of the organization. Excellent communication and documentation skills are extremely important.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical subject-matter-expert and platform architect for ServiceNow platform
• Responsible for the development and sustained support of multiple products
• Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Management platform while supporting current state.
• Take ownership and collaborate with ITSM process/function owners and SMEs across IT to implement and enhance capabilities.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
