Senior ServiceNow Architect - ITAM Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Architect - ITAM to lead our premier client's IT Asset Management and IT Operations Management initiatives in Louisville, Kentucky.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our clients. Job Responsibilities:

• Guide and assist development for ITAM and ITOM projects.
• Conduct design and/or technical session for active solutioning internally and/or with external customers as needed.
• Lead ServiceNow roadmap, requirements gathering and design sessions in order to provide ServiceNow solutions for new implementations, enhancements to existing implementations, systems integrations and process automation.
• Architect integrations using ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and web services/REST APIs as required.
• Play a lead role in workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
• Utilize expert industry experience and ServiceNow best practices.
• Participate in release planning and implementations.
• Perform code reviews and reviews all prepared all technology related client facing and internal deliverables.
• Contribute to the continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience primarily as an architect or developer.
• 4+ years of experience serving in an Architect role for ServiceNow implementations of ITAM/ITOM.
• 2+ years of experience serving in an Architect role for ServiceNow implementations of ITSM or other ServiceNow applications.
• Domain separation experience a plus.
• Experience with Integrations and Integration tools.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to lead in high-profile, deadline-driven customer environment.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, HAM, SAM certifications.
• ITIL certification.
