About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing software licenses and optimizing IT assets using ServiceNow SAM Pro Module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SAM processes and workflows
• Conduct thorough analysis and improvement of existing IT asset management solutions
• Ensure compliance with licensing models and terms
• Provide expert advice on software licensing and IT asset management best practices

About You:

• Strong technical expertise in software asset management
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and data model
• Certification in CIS SAM Pro & ITSM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
