Role Overview
We are seeking a trusted advisor to lead the technical aspects of our platform, focusing on enterprise-ready integrations.
The ideal candidate will develop sustainable integrations for customers, collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, Product Management, and Professional Services teams.
This role requires expertise in APIs, workflow capabilities, and enterprise architecture, with a strong understanding of technologies such as Java, JSON, XML, REST/ SOAP, and integration solutions.
The successful candidate will also have experience in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and modern software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality integrations with customers
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our APIs and workflow capabilities
- Ensure proactive, systematic communication with customers to drive retention
- Maintain enterprise-ready support, monitoring, and operations for provided integrations
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Technical expertise in a specific domain (ServiceNow)
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant technologies and integration solutions
- Experience in customer-facing roles and excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in enterprise architecture is a strong plus
