ServiceNow Technical Project Manager Innova Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow PM to be responsible for the coordination of work that comes from the North American enterprise. This position involves tracking and following up on tasks, conducting meetings with SMEs to gather requirements, working with teams to prioritize work, collaborating with vendors, etc. The ServiceNow Technical Project Manager oversees guiding work through sprints and stewards the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. A successful candidate should help oversee multiple technology/service modules and ensure synergy among teams while maintaining ongoing dialogue with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, support portfolio work, facilitate training, and drive adoption in ServiceNow product stack and capability map.
- Manage the flow of work through Business Systems Manager to ensure enough features are ready in the backlog at all times.
- Define easy-to-understand big picture product-based roadmap progress reporting for executive leadership and business stakeholders.
- Lead steering team and data stewardship committees to ensure efficient development of the platform.
- Maintain & communicate product roadmap & vision to team and manage expectations throughout the ServiceNow platform development lifecycle.
- Ensure solution is compliant with best practices, enterprise standards, business processes, business and functional requirements.
- Determine efficient and optimal technical solutions for stakeholders, the ServiceNow platform and its strategy, and other SaaS and on-prem integrations.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Architect, ServiceNow Platform Architect(s) to identify and document technical requirements and emerging solutions.
- Conduct Sprint planning, daily standups, releases, retrospective.
- Act as primary escalation point for all ServiceNow issues and problems.
- Understand business requirements and define scope.
- Prepare project plan along with estimations resource planning Identify project risks and plan for their mitigation, contingencies and production readiness. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required; graduate/advanced degree and/or PMP certification highly preferred.
- 5 years of experience working with clients in a consultative manner to solve business problems using technology and data-driven techniques.
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development in an enterprise environment.
- 3 years of experience in Agile Methodology (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Expertise in ServiceNow Service Catalog Workflows, Portal Implementations and CMDB expertise.
- Experience with ITSM and ITIL concepts and framework, providing expertise to guide ITSM and ITIL implementations ServiceNow PPM, Agile and executive leadership and business stakeholder reporting experience.
- Experience ServiceNow portal strategy and implementation.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and license lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to delight clients through excellent customer service.
- Proven ability to apply critical thinking with natural curiosity to distill detailed functional requirements for technology solutions based on input from business systems managers and business users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to translate technical or abstract concepts into a narrative that is intuitive to clients.
- Proven ability to present complex data in a visual format that is intuitive to clients.
- Proven ability to lead small teams to deliver results in a timely and effective manner.
- Proven ability to manage projects in a self-directed manner.
