As a Sales Director – ServiceNow, you will play a key role in both driving new business and growing existing client relationships. You'll work closely with technical and delivery teams to provide clients with the right talent and solutions. New Business Development

  • Generate and close new business with mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Prospect via cold outreach, referrals, events, and digital channels
  • Lead discovery meetings, develop proposals, and close deals for ServiceNow and IT services
  • Position TribolaTech's services across contract, contract-to-hire, and project models Account Management
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across ServiceNow, cloud, and IT services
  • Collaborate with recruiting, pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful execution Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Meet and exceed revenue and quota targets
  • Accurately track pipeline and opportunities.
  • Stay informed on ServiceNow trends, market shifts, and industry news What We're Looking For

Requirements: 5+ years in B2B tech sales (SaaS, IT services, or staffing), 2+ years selling ServiceNow, cloud, or enterprise software solutions, Strong understanding of staff augmentation and consulting delivery models, Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas, Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Bonus: Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, Discovery etc.) What We Offer
