We are specifically seeking candidates with broad experience across both ITSM and Non-ITSM domains.

Job Overview

Our Client's Enterprise Solutions Unit is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery and Presales Lead to join our growing practice. This role will focus on developing and presenting solutions using ServiceNow products across multiple domains including ITxM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, TSOM, IRM, App Engine, and industry-specific solutions.

We have openings in three locations:

  • Chicago, IL
  • Atlanta, GA
  • Edison, NJ
  • Work Environment
  • Hybrid work model (local to office)
  • 25% travel required

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and solution activities, solution designing, and project planning
  • Contribute to project strategy and deliverable planning
  • Develop solutions to address business problems using proven methods and tools
  • Validate solutions with cross-technology SMEs as applicable
  • Work effectively with geographically diverse teams to deliver timely responses
  • Evolve business solutions and articulate them to client audiences
  • Provide product demos and support proof of concepts
  • Communicate impact on risks, business objectives, and quality goals
  • Interface with implementation teams and explain customer requirements
  • Ensure successful transition from sale phase to delivery phase
  • Develop and share reusable assets for new opportunities
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in ATF, Mobile Solutions, Reporting, and Analytics
  • Exposure to HRSD, IRM, CSM, FSM, TSOM & industry-specific solutions
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Managed Service Provider (MSP) model
  • Ability to mentor, build teams, work in a team, and work independently

Preferred Certifications

  • CTA (Certified Technical Architect)
  • CMA (Certified Master Architect)

Soft Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to proactively propose alternate solutions as needed
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills for communicating with business stakeholders
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment
