• Module Experience:
• Incident Management Module.
• Problem Management Module
• Change Management Module
• Asset Management Module
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Module
• Service Catalog Module
• Service Level Management Module
• Knowledge Management Module
• Strong experience with Field service management.
• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, particularly with configurations.
• Develop, test, and debug scripts using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
• Document integration processes, including design, configuration, and customization details.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing configurations.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is preferred.
