As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to streamline our IT operations. This role requires strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, including Incident, Problem, and Change management.
We are seeking an experienced developer who can create efficient workflows for Catalog Items, leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities to improve service delivery. Your expertise in creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes will enable us to automate routine tasks and enhance user experience.
Additionally, you will work on developing Complex Workflows for the Change Module, creating new Change types, and configuring Inbound Email Actions to update records accordingly. Your knowledge of Events, Script Actions, SLA configuration, and Notification templates is crucial in ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
You will also contribute to Portal Creation for End Users, enabling them to create Incidents and Requests efficiently. Furthermore, your skills in creating Reports, Gauges, Homepages, and scheduling reports will provide valuable insights into our IT performance.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, you will ensure that all projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential qualities for this role.
