ServiceNow Specialist needed to Resolve Event-to-Incident Automation Failure

We’re currently facing an issue in our ServiceNow ITOM environment where events are not triggering incidents as expected. The events are coming in through our monitoring integration, but they’re not consistently generating incidents, which is starting to impact our response times and SLAs.
We’re looking for a ServiceNow developer with solid experience in:
Event Management and Alert Rules
Incident Task Rules Framework (ITRF)
Transform Maps and Correlation Logic
Troubleshooting event-to-incident flows
The goal is to identify why incident creation is failing and implement the necessary fixes. We expect the developer to help us:
Review and debug the current ITRF and event rule setup
Analyze logs or configurations blocking incident creation
Validate the flow from event ingestion to incident generation
Suggest best practices if anything is misaligned
If this goes well, we may have additional work related to Discovery, CMDB health, or general ITOM improvements.
