Skills
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as IT Asset Management, IT Risk Management, and IT Service Management
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide
- Familiarity with web technologies: XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS
- Experience in developing solutions with AngularJS, REST API, and SOAP

Responsibilities
- Develop modules on the ServiceNow platform for IT Asset Management, IT Risk Management, and IT Service Management
- Configure and deploy new functionalities using ServiceNow
- Understand business requirements and design solutions
- Adhere to SDLC/DevOps processes in promoting updates through environments
- Create supporting documentation including requirements, design, and training guides
- Handle end-user inquiries and platform assistance requests
- Contribute to custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years of experience programming and administering ServiceNow preferred
- 3+ years of experience with web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
