Job Description Overview: One of Insight Globals higher education clients is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join their team in Millcreek, UT! They will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and integrations to drive business efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, they will help mentor and guide junior engineers through the engineering lifecycle as needed. Design and develop ServiceNow applications, including custom modules and workflows. Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
