About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Developer and Solution Architect. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to define strategies for utilizing ServiceNow services and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an agile-based workplan and schedule for planning and executing development activities
• Lead teams of developers to provide work products and solutions to customers
• Evaluate work products against customer requirements and expectations

Requirements:

• Experience as a ServiceNow Developer developing solutions across all platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR
• Experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with US Federal Government

Factors to Help You Shine:

• Experience with project management, requirements management, and Agile development practices
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect preferred
• Certification in one or more additional mainline certifications

Desired Skills:

• Experience with modern web development technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java
• Experience implementing Java scripting to support automation across various modules in ServiceNow
• Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
• ServiceNow developer Certification, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR Certification
