ServiceNow Developer and Maintainer with Security Clearance

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow developer/maintainer to provide operational services to the Intelligence Community. This individual will join an innovative team supporting mission critical/mission essential activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing recommendations to clients regarding ServiceNow best practice, workflow automation, and usability
• Monitoring system health and compliance with ServiceNow
• Creating and configuring client scripts, business rules, ACLs, etc.
• Coordinating application and platform upgrades
• Loading, manipulating, and maintaining data on ServiceNow
• Providing support for 3rd party data integrations
• Creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards
• Creating, building, and maintaining ServiceNow applications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow development, software installation and configuration, and system performance monitoring and tuning
