GovCIO is hiring a ServiceNow Developer for a hybrid remote position in San Antonio, TX. This role will involve working with cross-functional teams to develop quality solutions that meet the team's Service Management and Operations Management requirements. ">

The ideal candidate will recommend ITSM best practices for implementation, configure ServiceNow out-of-box functionality, and identify gaps between complete ServiceNow capabilities and implemented baselines. ">

As a ServiceNow Developer, primary duties include: ">

• Collaborating with team members to develop reusable and scalable solutions;
• Working in a cross-functional capacity to elicit user requirements and build configuration requirements for the ServiceNow ITSM modules and integrations;
• Leveraging ITSM knowledge and experience to update operational documentation and assist with metric reporting and trend analysis using ServiceNow dashboards;
• Developing and maintaining design workbooks, process documentation, and ServiceNow Agile stories;
• Applying process definition, improvement, and design methodologies to identify, analyze, and improve business processes;
• Having a flexible work attitude and adjusting to customer IT restrictions; and
• Problem-solving and good communication skills – supporting interaction with customers, system administrators, and other supporting teams.
