About the Team
The Cyber Defense Command Center team is responsible for coordinating tools, processes, workflows, services, activities, and initiatives related to Cyber Incident Response and Cyber Defense Operations.
In this role, you will act as a liaison between the Enterprise Security, Cyber Defense Operations Team, and the Technology, ServiceNow team. Your primary goal will be to ensure ServiceNow workflow alignment with the Cyber Defense Operations Foundational Knowledgebase items.
Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance, refinement, and enhancements of Cyber Defense Operations' ServiceNow modules.
- Manage the development, organization, and maintenance of Cyber Defense Operations' ServiceNow workflows and libraries.
- Assist Cyber Defense Operations teams in identifying, defining, and executing process improvement opportunities using ServiceNow.
- Cover development and improvement initiatives for new processes, playbooks, and response plans in ServiceNow.
- Define and advocate for ServiceNow standards and best practices within Cyber Defense Operations.
- Ensure ServiceNow workflow alignment with the Cyber Defense Operations Foundational Knowledgebase items and Enterprise Standards.
- Draft ServiceNow enhancement requests and supporting backlog prioritization.
- Act as subject matter expert in all ServiceNow related Cyber Defense Operations activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in IT Service Management and ServiceNow configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
