The ideal candidate will have experience with the ServiceNow platform, including administration, customization, and integration. This role involves managing the platform's health, implementing changes, and ensuring optimal performance to meet organizational needs. We are seeking an individual who is committed to the success of our programs and brings innovative ideas, implementation expertise, and a professional attitude to the position. As a ServiceNow Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, administering, and supporting the ServiceNow platform in a self-hosted environment. This includes semi-annual upgrades of the application, as well as updates and hotfixes of installed store apps.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT service management principles, and experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, XML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AngularJS, JQuery, and UI Framework on Next Experience. Additionally, they will have knowledge of source/version control using Git and update sets.
