Configuration and Support Specialist for ServiceNow

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets industry standards and provides exceptional service to our customers.

This role involves a range of responsibilities, including:

• Administering the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
• Developing and implementing process improvements and customizations.
• Providing training and support to other team members.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certified (CSA) ServiceNow System Administrator designation.
• Excellent technical skills, particularly in User Interface (UI) policies, data policies, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts.
• Experience in functional operations, such as adding users, groups, and modifying roles.
• Ability to create workflow activities and approvals.
• Understanding of configuration management principles and experience in configuring alerts and notifications.
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with all levels of customer IT and business management.
