Job Description

The role of the ServiceNow Developer / Engineer is to enhance operational efficiency by optimizing our ways-of-working and infrastructure management practices. This involves monitoring, automation, standardization, integration, reporting, and compliance management of Operations and Infrastructure Management Platforms, Systems, and Tools, particularly ServiceNow.

This position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and core capabilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, IToM, GRC, SPM, CSM, ITAM, etc. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with configuration and customization within the platform, as well as experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using RESTAPI, SOAP, or other integration technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to support Customer Assurance, Project Delivery, Infrastructure Management, IT Service Management, and System Monitoring. They will also configure and integrate BI&A tools and systems with other operational systems, infrastructure elements, and ServiceNow. Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across a broad range of network system administration and software development technologies.
• Minimum 7 years of experience developing within the ServiceNow PaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and core capabilities.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules ITSM, CMDB, IToM, GRC, SPM, CSM, ITAM, etc.
• Hands-on experience with configuration and customization within the platform.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using RESTAPI, SOAP, or other integration technologies.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and custom application development.
