• Integration Management
• Reporting and Analysis

Set yourself apart by having certifications in HRSD, CAD, or CSA. HRSD ServiceNow Administrator Requirements:

• Previous experience working with ServiceNow, particularly the HRSD module
• Understanding of HR workflows
• Knowledge of integrations
