About the Position: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. This full-time position involves leading the implementation of a cloud-hosted ServiceNow platform over a 6+ month project. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and configuring workflows, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams, and driving continuous improvement of the platform after initial deployment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a cloud-hosted ServiceNow platform
• Oversee platform health, configuration, licensing, access control, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to configure and maintain service catalogs, self-service portals, and the CMDB
• Drive continuous improvement of the platform after initial deployment, including workflow enhancements and performance tuning

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or working with similar ITSM platforms
• Familiarity with CMDB management, asset discovery, and configuring ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• Bonus points for candidates with ServiceNow Developer experience or certifications (Admin or Developer) and ITIL knowledge or certifications
