Platform Configuration Expert

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Admin.
• Strong expertise with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience in core ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping).
• Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and customization.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workspaces, and UI Designer is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
