Integrate Microsoft Teams with ServiceNow to trigger a call to the primary support from the On-call Roster when a P1 incident is created in ServiceNow. Upon answering the Teams call, the support team member should be able to choose from options like: 1) Acknowledge the incident, or 2) Reassign the incident. Once selected any given option, it should be updated in servicenow accordingly.
If the primary support does not answer the call, it should be automatically redirected to the manager of the on-call group.
This requirement is very urgent!
