Role: ServiceNow Architect ITOM with event management

Location - Juno Beach, Florida (Onsite)

Exp: 12+ Years

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with at least 3+ years in ITOM architecture and Event Management.
• Proven experience in deploying ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service-centric operating models.
• Expertise in integrating with third-party monitoring and alerting tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of MID Server architecture and health troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical design workshops and create architecture documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Experience with AIOps, Cloud Management, or Orchestration
• Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in DevOps or SRE practices is a plus
